Ana Pantelic, PhD is the Director of Business and Partnership Development at Fundación Capital, working to promote economic citizenship for low-income and vulnerable people throughout the world. An international development professional and social innovator with eight years of experience working in developed and developing countries, she has experience founding and leading a successful innovation start-up, liaising with international bodies and national governments (particularly in the realm of social policy), and strengthening organizations through technical assistance, strategic guidance, and managing external relations. A published researcher and prolific lecturer, she is fluent in English, Spanish and Serbian, and has spoken at conferences and universities in fifteen countries on five continents. She focuses her professional activities on sustainable development, poverty alleviation and innovation for change. She holds a PhD in Political Science from the University of Belgrade, an MA in International Relations, and a BS in Communication - both from Boston University.
